You should live closer! I just got three journals from when I was 12/13/14 and MAN, are they horrifying. Sample entry "I don't know what I will do if I see Chris. Probably die."

Cringe, indeed!

I'll be there, as usual, and I think this particular batch of crap will be cringier than ever.

Any chance there will be a podcast? Oh, now there's a term I'm tired of hearing. Alas, it's the only vocabulary available.

I'm not sure that I've got any more material as horrid as the last, but I'll check and let you know. But I'll be there for sure.

Also, right after the last Cringe I tentatively convinced a real-life NYC comment to read jokes he wrote at 16, did he email you?

SB - Am sad to report that I won't be able to make this run. I had a blast last time, and I have plenty more material, so there will be a next time. Have fun!

Ooh, just what I was looking for. Four consecutive links to Jessica Simpson lyrics. Just in case I didn't see it the first three times.

Who's Jessica Simpson? That's not a very punk sounding name.

I know you're busy, but you know, even a phone call just to say "Hi!" would be nice.

Sniff, I miss you.

How did it all go? I'm out in LA, and would love to hear some audio cuts from this.

It's this coming Tuesday. But if I remember, I'll bring my video camera.

Same place and time as the one in July?

Krissa and I are heading back to England soon. We were talking about Cringe, and then Krissa brightly perked up and reminded me that I'd be able to pick up all of the rather face-clawingly embarrassing stuff I wrote in my teens from the family home.

So, er, yeah. Looks like I might be in sometime soon.

The other day when I was digging around trying to find paperwork in order to get our car registered, I found something TOTALLY worth reading at cringe. Alone in my apartment i was cringing. Holy shit, is it ever the worst love letter ever.

sarah, thanks for letting me read. it was much less embarrassing than i thought it would be.

while i was too embarrassed to bring my voice recorder to the podium with me, i did re-read my cringe material for my most recent podcast. if anyone is interested in downloading the audio file, it can be found at http://www.balgavy.com/blog/marcblog/001074.html
