Come at me!

Yay! Happy to find this waiting for me in my Google Reader queue. It's a New Year's miracle! :)

You never left my life but for some reason this made my day. 2012 smacks of people being inspired to do things! The strangest things.

Holy shit! I'm blaming Eden, she got me all hopped up on 2002. I think the three of us could really bring this whole "blogging" thing back! Any idea where I can find a good "guestbook" application? Or an HTML cheat sheet?

So good to see you! Also, I love how we have all been beguiled by "Game of Thrones." Remember the public outrage at the show for the (fake) killing of the (fake) direwolf, Lady? Perfect.

ohai. Welcome back?

Yes! Glad to see this! And I'm with you on the OJ-as-fiscal-fitness proxy. I remember as a kid not always having orange juice and sometimes having to drink Five-Alive and hating it. But I also remember noticing the point at which we stopped buying the frozen concentrate orange juice and started buying OJ in a carton and thinking, wow, my parents must have gotten raises! And then I remember coming home from college one year and seeing a jug of freshly squeezed Odwalla orange juice in my parents' fridge and thinking, wow, we're rich!

Reading here on the black background with the white text and laughing aloud took me back. And it was awesome.

yay! i keep coming back here looking for you. i miss blogging. i miss blogs. despite kind of loving the fact that facebook has turned everyone into mini-bloggers, i still feel guilty putting energy into it and none into my blog. thanks for the push.

Let me join the rest in saying welcome back. Also, the drinks and records thing sounds like an excellent way to spend an evening. It is, of course, none of my business whether you plan to have kids someday, but as somebody who has taken that stupid step three times, let me just say that those are the kinds of evenings that you want to have as many of as possible, while you can still have them. Look at me, making your blog about my life!

Welcome back, Lady Brown. <-- (that was a nod to Game of Thrones, DO YOU SEE WHAT I DID THERE?)

I use my links bar every time I open the internet and your site's been on there for... ever? Throughout 2011 I would check for updates on your site about 2-3 times a week; even though there weren't any new posts, the thought of deleting the button that would bring me here never crossed my mind. I'm glad you're back! I missed your posts! (I have but don't really understand tumblr).

PS. I immediately clicked on the link to the apostrophe post on tumblr because I share the same rage about apostrophes. I'm a high school teacher, and while marking 8.5 million (or so) assignments over the holidays I must have written "APOSTROPHES NEVER MAKE WORDS PLURAL.... EVVVVERRRR!" (just like that) on every other paper.

Hey you, I think we should spearhead the resurgence of good old blogging, with blog taglines including the term "random musings"

I missed you.

I don't usually post comments, I just have to get that out of my chest.

No problem. I only come here for the flikr updates. Oh, wait.....

Looking forward to hearing your take on the Mindy Kaling book. I feel a little bad about the fact that the cover makes me want to punch the book in the face, but there it is.

Must admit I did a google search to try and make sure you were still alive. That is so weird to type to a stranger. oh how the internet has changed our lives.... so yeah welcome back!

Haven't checked your blog in a long, long time, which I guess is OK as you haven't done much with it in a long time.

Guess you got married. Congratulations. Hope you are well.

I stopped writing on my personal blog too (while starting up a new one), so couldn't fault you for leaving yours blank for so long. But I'm very glad to have an update. I'm out sailing the world, so probably won't be around much anyway, but when you're sitting on a boat in Mazatlan with a head cold and nothing to do, you start checking in on your blogroll. This post was a very nice surprise. Happy New Year!

YES. I am so glad you are back to writing here, even if it's just on an annual basis. I've enjoyed your posts on Tumblr, but there's something cozy here at Que Sera Sera that just can't be found or faked anywhere else.

Also, your posts about married life make me really look forward to getting married some day, which has given my mother hope that I might not be a lonely spinster cat lady forever. She sends her thanks and is as curious as I am what your thoughts were on that Mindy Kaling book.

Interestingly enough, I haven't been to your blog in a long time and to come back and find you just came back, cool! AND I need to hear your opinion about Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter (good or bad).
